Challenge
Model MATES is a purpose-led modelling agency born from the heart of Autism MATES, created to champion authentic representation and celebrate diversity in the fashion industry. With deep roots in community and inclusion, the agency set out to open doors for neurodivergent and underrepresented talent—offering not just opportunity, but a genuine sense of belonging.
Despite the passion behind its mission and strong community backing, Model MATES faced a familiar challenge: how to grow awareness beyond its immediate circle. With limited visibility and only occasional model placements, the organisation needed support to amplify their message, attract corporate partners, and connect with audiences across Western Sydney, the Central Coast, and beyond. A more strategic content approach and a stronger social media presence were key to reaching new supporters and decision-makers.
Solution
ImpactInstitute proudly provided pro-bono support to help Model MATES shine a brighter light on the incredible talent and stories at the heart of the agency. Working closely with founder Randa Habelrih and her passionate team, ImpactInstitute developed a campaign designed to connect emotionally and inspire action.
