If you are small business (less than 5 FTE staff/contractors) or sole trader who services the local area with disability services, products, support or advocacy, you may be eligible for a discounted Small Business Booth. Conditions apply and Small Business booths are limited.

Show Bag Inserts

Options for an insert include a flyer, brochure or small booklet of your choice, which will be featured inside the Official Expo Show Bag.

2024 Pricing ACNC Registered Other Organisations
Per insert (availability limited) $350 + GST $450 + GST
  • The team requires a digital copy of the proposed artwork of your insert for approval before any printed materials are accepted.
  • Once approved, you are then required to provide the advised quantity of the printed insert (800 – 1,500 dependant on venue) to the packing house by the due date.
  • Please note that the maximum size for the artwork is A4/8pp.
  • Artwork and copies must be received by the allocated due date, otherwise we will be unable to include it in the Expo Show Bags due to delivery deadlines.
